Tour Itinerary Rules: o Tour Location: Miami Seaplane Base 1000 MacArthur Causeway Miami, Fl 33132. If you need assistance please contact us at 1-954-210-5569; Press 2 o Arrival time: Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Boarding will commence 5-minutes prior to the departure time. If you are not at the Tour Location within the required time, you will forfeit your spot on the tour and will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. o Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. o The tour confirmation/itinerary is required before boarding and must be shown to the tour agent at the Tour Location. o All guests flying on the flight must have a valid ID that matches the names on the booking confirmation. o Guests under the age of 18-years old must have a notarized letter from both legal guardians if they are flying on the tour without the legal guardians present at time of boarding. If one legal guardian is present without the other, the guest under 18-years old must have a notarized letter stating that the legal guardian not present grants approval for guest under 18-years old to fly. If the proper paperwork is not present the day of the tour, Tropic Ocean Airways has the right to refuse boarding. o No excess baggage will be permitted on the aircraft. Only small personal on items will be authorized at the time of boarding. o The max weight capacity is 700 pounds on the aircraft, if your group exceeds the weight capacity please contact us at 1-954-210-5569; Press 2 o Aircraft Provided: Tropic will provide Cessna 185 Seaplane; however, Tropic has the right to use any similar aircraft. o Disclaimer of Liability: The parties agree that under no circumstances shall Tropic Ocean Airways be liable to Customer under this agreement for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages following loss or damage to the aircraft or death or personal injury in connection with the performance of this agreement, whether in
